Lost channels on The Box Super USB

my starview 5 usb 2 went off at midnight last night did factory reset and channels came back on and i have some different channels ngsi test 14,15 ect but all channels seem to work for now anyone know what this channels are and is this the end

i have the same prob with me all channel lost after reading i am hoping that V 1.12 might sort out the prob for now but it is not letting me to download the file, anybody let me no plz.thnx

I am having the same problem with my box too. I have 2 boxes in my house and they have both lost the same channels. Sky sports 1 and 2 and also e4.
Ive try to use a main cable without spiliter and all the reset procedures and keycodes and there still not coming back. I currently have the beta v1.05 firmware which came with the box. Will the v1.12 solve this problem? Because I read on other sites that theres a new thing out that scambles channels with new frequencys and theyve not found away around it yet. Please help. If the update does work can some1 send me a link to download the firmware as the ones ive tryed need membership fees and I dont want to subscribe if it doesnt solve my problem.

Hi Ive tryed to download v1.12 update from link in post 77. which is a BIN folder. Ive transferred it to my memeory stick but when i plug it into my BOX super usb and open the usb menu it doesnt do anything but freeze. Can anyone help??????

Follow this guide,Tutorial for setting up starview 4 super usb if you still have problems post back.

If you are on TW and on Firmware other than ver 1.12 - upgrade to ver 1.12 and everything should return to normal - Factory reset/auto scan/menu/1570/k*ycode ON only if necessary.

How or where do i get firmware 1.12?

im in southampton, not on the nag3 list. but have lost all channels apart from 1-5. have re booted, re scaned, 1570 factory settings, uploaded the new firm ware but still no joy. any ideas?? much appreciated
