    hi all
    i got 2 box's in my house a starview and a dbox and for some reason my starview is showing nothing ,not even a signal .just not sure if the box id cream crackered as i beleive even with nag3 id get a signal

      channel loss

      hi i have been also losing chanels over the last few days ! so i reset to factory settings i have rescanned the box etc now i dont pick up any channels at all not even 12345. when i exit the set up i cant get beyond the language selection screen,

      also when i try and load up the firmware
      "it says not the file for this ird"

      i have the box usb 2 and am using theboxsuperUSB v1.12.bin
      is n3 in essex area yet?

        do you not read the tuts how to flash your box as you are using sv4 firmware on a sv5 as all firmwares are made for that model only they are not swappable ,identify correct firmware for your model by clicking on the home link above then click on starview
        you cannot leave installation page unless you load channel with a scan

            hi every1 i had the same problem 3 nites ago i lost everything dne a rescan but still nothing just keeps saying no signal,was thinking vermin has maybe dne something to there feed,i did dwnload v1.12 and installed on box but still no channels found on scan,can any1 please help thanks

                it wont work.. n3 is here .. and here to stay. no box will get you free cable tv any more .. just pay for it .

                  yes mate... most of us know nag3 is here, but ffs where are you??? it does help.. nag3 is not in lots of areas yet!

                    on nagra3 you should still list channels on a scan,also check provider has not had a breakdown in your area.

                      mine went down, mate had look at it as his was working ,noticed my firmware was 1.07 and his was 1.10 updated it for me and now works ok ......not sure on what i have read to upgrade to 1.12 ?

                          scan for channels on chorus or chorus cork i got all my channels back when scanned on these not sure which 1 but it did work plus i installed v1.12 hope this helps

                            logo

                            I have read the user guide for upgrading fimeware into the super box, it mentioned something a logo file ... where do i find that ? or maybe i dont need it .... i managed to download the version 1.12 firmware which is a BIN file. where is the logo file?

                              The bin file is all you need, just drag and drop onto your usb stick & load from there but if you go back to your other post that I've replied to you will find that v1.12 is of no use to you at all!
