Good listing of channels after an auto scan just can't view them!!!!!

. After you completed the auto scan did you press Exit then Menu 1570. If not try that, good luck.

Yes Jaydee tried that as well, just really struggling to get that menu to come up for some reason.

Sorry smag19 I've been a bit busy.I can't think what you can try now I'm stumped, perhaps some of the clued up members might be able to help, all the information/advise I give is only what I've managed to learn from here & trial & error, sorry I can't help you further, good luck I hope you get it sorted!

Sorry smag19 I've been a bit busy.I can't think what you can try now I'm stumped, perhaps some of the clued up members might be able to help, all the information/advise I give is only what I've managed to learn from here & trial & error, sorry I can't help you further, good luck I hope you get it sorted!

Thanks for the note Cactikid. Will come back to you on the system info stuff and I will also try the firmware i have then menu > 1570 close up - I haven't tried that yet, so let's see how it goes.

22nd april, most channels locked,tryed downloading new version 2.05. after v1.12 but having the same problem.
After autoscan the box just keeps switching back to channel 101. no other menu appears?
Also tryed going to usp and formating but new program just dissapears.
Has any 1 managed to get there channels back yet? and i did receive a new virgin card a couple of weeks ago for our upstairs box!

V1.12 = starview 4
V 2.05 = starview 5
which box have you got? if you have a sv4 use v1.12 & do a factory reset then auto scan etc, if sv5 use v2.03, if they don't work you have gone nag3 and no software will work!!

Why are you using 1.12? on a sv5 use 2.03 its the best for the sv5

ive followed the tutorial.. downloaded the files on the usb, and also have typed in the 1570 code, and did an automatic scan, and not one provider is finding ANY channels!

any help?

just read that you had a e/vox box that went off.. do you think you are doing something wrong??

Retried the firmware on the usb via moving the folder rather than copy/paste and it worked!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the secret menu up and turned the keycode on - yes!! or so i thought checked the latest codes on Nagravision and all ok and made sure settings were for TW.

The problem i have now got is after picking a $ channel the box then defaults to code 54 01 on the provider settings and TW is 5A 01 - i re enter TW coode of 5A 01 and store but then when I exit and try a channel it is ok but then when I change channel the screen goes blank, so I then go back into the keycode menu in nagravision and it has defaulted back to 54 01 which is the incorrect provider.

Thought we had cracked it and now this !! Any ideas????
