I scan on TW
NTL only scans so far and stops but TW scans all the way and finds all channels


If your not getting a picture on any FTA channels then it looks like you might have fault with your box since you can scan for channels, can you take it to a mates house and see if it will work there.

i haven't got my Virgin box any more so need to check that...

have tried on my neighbours (who has subscribed to full package)
and it behaves just like it does on mine.
searches and finds channels, but when go to watch tv, says "no signal"

hi i also have the same problem! ive tried everythin previously psoted in this forum and still no joy!!!! i have tried my vm box and it works perfect but as soon as i replace it with my sv4 i have no signal????? the green signal bar at the bottom briefly flashes up but thats it.....can anyone please help before i stamp on it

this may work

had simler prob with eurobox,s coulnt get any channels but no probs with starview1,1,3 ,removed tv /fm filter thing and put st/phru joiner and bobs ur anty eurovox picked up all channels, but if leave off starviews make humming noise? also same with dreambox couldnt get half the channels until n*l fm/tv filter thing removed

hi guys
was a problem with cable suppliers
works with the new software v1.05
need to keep flicking throught the channels until it updates tho
not getting sound on the pay channels tho if anyone has any ideas
