    mmmm ............... so now we will have the SV6, the ddigital duo, the SV combo, all competing for the server on the cable side and now SV7 as well !! ................ to me a little to much me thinks as it is they cant keep the server as it is up, let alone put another box on it,but i suppose SV owns the server so i suppose they can do what they like it, as long as they get sales as that is all they are after.

      Starview sales must have died a death , due to the hastle involved in the setting up for CS .
      Most people i know bought their Starviews from local market stalls , preloaded , plugged them in and all was free !!
      Sadly those days have gone for now , but as Arnie says .......

              Thanks m1nz just let me know that it says NEW USB-LAN DONGLE means in additon to the LAN port or just USB-LAN DONGLE ? if so then ot ntrested as for that have to buy dongle which i don't want.

                  I can?t even find a picture of the starview 7 in the internet I have been reading on every forums and they are saying its out on Monday would some one tell us which Monday.
                  Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

                    From what I know its a USB-RJ45 Dongle. There is no LAN on the motherboard. They have not said why there is no LAN port but it might to be due to the security. But it does come with a USB-RJ45 Dongle which does the same thing.

                              My concern is that if there is only one USB and that is used for the USB-LAN, where do you connect the USB HDD for PVR function
