How to Manually update keys on Starview

I updated my box with codes found in another forum it worked for about 1/2 hour then data is being updated popped up again..not cool i need my star trek fix after my night shift

To all looking for keys. The keymaster was updated for pure this morning, link should be in your toolbar (cha**erbox). Sorry for being cryptic but not sure what I am allowed to post on forum.

Hi Guys, Running a SV 4 USB in Berkshire area on an ex NTL line. Updated keys manually but still no PayTV. The box seems to auto-update the keys. Is there a way to switch this off? Only just updated to 1.05 firmware. looking forward to finally use the PVR function!

I know you guys must be fed up with this but could do with some help.
Got a Box PVR, can get to the 2007 menu and key section but how do you enter the keys A, B, C, D, E from the remote???
Normally, pretty good with these things but head-brick wall comes to mind .

It's like on a fone u dong, . You have to press the buttons more than once and they change to letters. e.g. 1 button could also be A B C depending how many times you press the button, just like texting on a phone.

Hey! I've done everything but still not working! Followed all the intructions!
I'm on C&W (manchester) but everytime i go back into it, it comes up N*L! I've tried the default key thing! Does that mean im actually on N*L? If so which keys on the keymaster are the ones for me? Any help would be great!...need to get back to watching that amazing window wizard...

Starview PPR.

Even with the new keys, it will not work on the Starview PVR, as when you enter the keys manually they just get overwritten by the Cable Provider to the incorrect dummy keys. Only way to stop the keys from been overwritten is to turn the Nagravision off, and again you wont see the coded channels.

Does anyone know a way so have the Nagravision on but not autoupdate the keys??

I have updated and saved TW NTL and CW codes, but I still am getting updating and no channels on my The Box Super. Any suggestions what to try next?

I still cant get my 'The Box PVR' to work, have tried all the new keys for NTL (Pure) and also tried the others, TW and C+W but nothing working for me here in manchester. Hmmmm. Stuck.
