Starview HD Combo+ not receiving HD...

Hi guys, I'm new here so hi fromme

I have a bit of a weird problem with my box that I can't seem to solve...

When things switched to Nagra3, the box was running fine receiving all channels and all HD channels. Ever since the switchover I've hooked it up to the Ustream network and have got all the channels back all on the EPG but none of the HD stuff works. LivingHD, FiveHD and BBC HD work only. ITV1 HD E4 HD etc and all sky sports HD and sky movies HD channels are all scrambled. I got a feeling it may be something to do with the firmware I flashed my box 3 times with the latest 0712 Carling file but still same thing. I'm at a bit of a loss so I'm trying to find an older version of Carling to flash it with to see if that works as the box was fine before I put the new firmware on it. Anybody else experience the same issues?

Also I forgot to add I've tried to flash it with Grooverider and Knightrider firmware but it keeps telling me update failed. Only thing I'm going to try is the older Carling file. ATM it is on the latest 0712

HD Channels have not been subscribed and use the latest file in the download section I hope it helps.

Does this version work with the none Lan Version. I have lost all channels except freeview and want to know how to get things back

have the same problem have starview hd combi+
get all regular chanels but no sky sports hd chanels or hd movie chanels or film4 hd

hd combo

you need to flash the box with grooverider hd combo+1214.uad first then flash again with the latest software carling+ 0712.uad.After this is done do a full scan then go to accessory and press 8989,key edit will come above network.go into network then turn it on then go down to cs net and turn it to ustream then exit.go to sky sports1 for 5 minutes to let it update everything and thats it job done.

To last poster, are you SURE that if you update then we get the HD sky sports & c4 e4 itvHd etc ? Id read the guys who have the server HAD not added HD back yet ?

Can anyone confirm this re flashing will work.

Think the server couldnt care less about people with the hd box like me as there sales for the starview 6 and 7 have sored so looks like money comes before service or all the hd channels would be back on for the sake of a few quid.Hope kryptview come out with a hd box as i will be transfering over as everyone is saying there customer care is 100% better and less glitches with the server.
