my box freeze every 30 sec our 45 is starview hd comb is like this our my box is fault plz need help i got this box on 12/10/2010 i need to return if is fault

probably down to internet, or even server. how is box connected to router, bridge, homeplugs or hardwired?

is connect by router i use starview 7 and work fine but hd starview is not working fine freeze all the time.

box was glitching \ freezing - running the input through DVD recorder seems to have fixed everything?? - maybe buffers the signal in some way - worth a try if your getting the same
