It was down in London too but I just factory default the box scan the channels and they are working fine you may need to run the software one more time

but in a nutshell , update to smgo221 firmware and check if it connects and the expiry date

assuming it fails and/or the expiry has passed , you got to pay from now on - ie:- subscribe

Have you got the little adapter that plugs onto the r232 plug at the back.....

If you have and still not working it might be that your box has expired and you need to pay an STB fee which is ?25 for 6 months and ?45 for 12 months.... Or change your box and go sat route less hassle
