hey guys i am ne to all this i know how to install the softwear on to the box but i am having problems when i download from the link abaove it saves as a ups file and i cant open it on my pc can anyone help

Don't open it, just copy to USB-stick & then copy from USB to box

Starview 7 stopped working..........it says'' not connected''

any update or solution?

already installed 9th june update.....worked for a few days and then stopped,

Factory reset then try rescanning for channels goto sly 1 type 1819 then wait for channel to clear. Same happened to my system the first time I updated to smgo 2.21

Can you give more detail;
Are both boxes new, or used previously.
Were both boxes bought at same time & from same supplier

The boxes were bought different times and different suppliers.
Will i need to SV support payment ??
