yes I agree but he does have a point - these boxes are really just manufactured for one purpose. The costs for design, manufacture, distribution etc etc all run into millions. The three arrested will probably serve a little time but I bet their costs will be settled by others up the chain.
Like the cricket scandals, it just wont go away, there is really too much at stake!
