hi people been tracking my item and its ( 13 )Arrived at Delivery Facility.thismorning near me and then at 8:30 am thismorning it says( 14 ) With delivery courier out for delivery does it mean it was loaded to delivery van for delivery because it bank holiday today it was sent dhl express will i get it tomorow if thay deliver on saturday ?

This means it is dispatched in courier yes. You may get it today or tommorow. Most the drivers are self employed so will work the holidays i think.sigpic

i would say you will get tuesday unless you payed extra for dhl sat
dhl only do weekends if you pay extra dosh
i would be very surprised if you got earlier the time from 8.30 today probably just means it is loaded to the van for tuesday
although i could be wrong as it is bank holiday today and monday maybe they are using saturday as a normal day
on any normal weekend though i know for a fact DHL charge extra for a saturday delivery as its not a normal weekend you may be lucky but i would expect it will be tuesday
you can always ring as has been suggested although they are not normally very good on answering phoneComment

As opsmonkey says no delivery on Sat but if you are not living far from the DHL depot you could go and pick the item personally, but the worse part is DHL will be posting you the VAT invoice, that?s the part I could not understand.

thanks guy foned them up last night and spoke to a woman saying it went out for delivery yesterday / bank holiday but it was sent out with the wrong courier for my area so wont be till tuesday now b*lls anyway ive arranged to pickup from hub 2day ..thanks again guys ...ps ya as some1 has said whats all the vat invoice about as ive orderd lots of times and about few week later after having my shipment i get a letter from dhl saying vat owd but ive never paid it as if theres vat owd u should get bill when u pickup or wen its deliverdComment

VAT is the amount you have to pay in UK import/export duty, when you bought item from China, the only part I never understood was how did the DHL new my email address its worth asking our UK Govt revenue if they get any of that cash remains a mystery.

all i will say is they are a bunch of thieving bassas. i ordered a new phone from o2 and dhl were delivering it. i phoned every day and got excuse after excuse ie drivers had a bereavement, we came but got no answer etc etc. after a week still no phone. cut a long story short one of the drivers had STOLEN it. the security man confirmed this but couldnt say who was responsible.sigpic
