I have now gone a whole 2 week with a tornado e cig.I found the bacca flavor no good so tried the menthol and it was a bit too menthol so i mixed them and they taste like consulate.
I still have the urge to smoke a cig but a quick puff on the ecig removes the craving but not the desire.I have found that e smokers on these e cig are a bit obsessed with them.

@bozza heavy smokers need a high nicotine level try 24mg, I used to smoke 30+ roll ups a day and now manage fine on 10mg with zero cravings for real cigs, not had one for well over a year

i'm a real heavy smoker have been for years,the wife gave up about six months ago after getting tabs from docs.she still had about 20 left so i decided to give a go with these you can smoke whilst taking the idea is they gradually reduce craving. anyhow started last thursday and aint had a cig since friday morning i know its early days but i haven't knocked the wife out yet.The name on packaging is(Champix-1mg varenicline dosage 1 twice a day.)they definately reduce craving.

I was not a heavy smoker 10 a day a lot more when out in the pub but now i have not had a cig for 3 weeks and the ecig only get used a couple of times a day hopefully that will be consigned to the draw in the not to near future as i dont want to swap one addiction for another.

80 a day no wonder you had a hart attack i would have a hart attack if i spent ?210 a week on cigs.
I have noticed that the cough i always ignored has gone away and i dont stink like an ash tray.

That's normal for smokers, it will pass, modify the way you "smoke" take a drag and let some out of your mouth before inhaling till the coughing passes

true , your lungs dont need the smoke m8 just hold in your mouth for a second and it will be in your blood in 7 seconds , remember it not a fag , its a nicotine delivery system , been over a year for me and the wife 6 months . if she can do it m8 i am sure u can

I'm on my 9th day smoke free after 40 years been using ego-t it doesn't cure it but deffo helps a lot and best bit is I feel fantastic having started the journey to quit my body feels cleansed.

I believe these e-cigarrettes may cause more cancer than normal cigarrettes.
As i heard the will soon be declared as illegal in germany ...
