Now and then I exercise my eyes on the TV, while training my hand to feed me crisps.

                  friday arms

this will could help you as monday back ie if your doing deadlifts heavy rows ( you get extra day to rest the legs and abbs
same as chest , doing chest takes a toll on the shoulders so now get extra days rest before shoulders ,

but im a ex strength trainer not a bodybuilder, if its working stick to it buddy

Same here, and my plop pot is upstairs, yes, upstairs.

do it every day and write a letter once a week and you'll be fine.

. never had a problem with walter but it might work to keep the water off.

                        Hi there,

I've been looking at all the P90X transformation vids on Youtube and its really inspiring, so much so that I started the programme myself, its hard work, but u can feel the results after a 2weeks, u feel stronger and because you track yr progress its noticeable how much stronger you are getting.

I've got nothing but praises for this programme. I've trained on and off for many years and always fell of the wagon because of time or diet planning, but this programme does it all, it goes so far as to give u a shopping list and recipes to cook , so that theres no wastage in your shopping. oinly prob is the list if for the US market but u can look for alternative substitutes in your country.

I managed to get the entire DVD set and docs of Piratebay.

Give it a shot, u cant go wrong !

Ive just sat with a case of lager and watched about 54 thousand people run, trot, stagger and crawl past my front door all in the name of keeping fit and healthy, ive seen at least six carted off by ambulance with oxygen masks on, and at my house which is about two miles from the finish line the `fun runners` are starting to look like anything but . let them get on with it ,as long as they keep their fitness to themselves thats ok by me.And yes,i did what i normally do and stood by the roadside with a big steak and kidney pie ....
