So clearly it is you that knows nothing! I suggest you read a universe in a nutshell for starters. I dont see anything named after you
Think you must be quoting someone else here, I didn't say he knew nothing what I said was he has never had a single original thought. Big difference.

I also doubt that you would see anything named after me as you don't know my name but I can assure you that my name is out there and proven to have had original thought.

lmao. No-one on earth has had an original thought, since the early practitioners of science. To say that he has had no original thought is like saying an elephant has big ears. Whilst it may be accurate, it doesn't tell the full story.

As for you having original thought, and your name being out there, clearly your name is out there. We are all labelled at birth. However, I doubt at anytime you have had an original thought, as no doubt anything you think of, has been thought by someone else before.

When you are ready for a serious discussion, then please post again, if you want to talk in riddles, and philosophy then we can. However, whilst I am in the forest listening for trees falling, I wont be able to hear you

i personally subscribe to the theory that time is the 4th dimension, and if we were to travel through it we would not be bound by third dimensional physics, therefore, backwards and forwards travel is possible. all this is conjecture of course, as is anybody elses theories, none of them can be proven or disproven so why argue?

A Phd is awarded for "original thought" it is the one overriding requirement to be awarded one.

Space and time are in fact one thing. It is a really interesting thought that orbiting satellites are actually traveling in a straight line in space time.

I'd go back to visit little fug and I'd tell him how to do right all the things I did wrong.

Because the time dimension is space-time that means that the time machine is also a space craft. So therefore i would use it to visit the stars.
Visiting the past is too risky, one miss step and you could come back too find a world ruled by meerkats, the future has its problems too.
One question though is how fast does it travel, what do i need to pack. Because if i travel to the past or future and need supplies i could just stop and get some, however if i travel to the stars and need supplies i am probably in trouble.

Where would i go? What would i do?

Nowhere. Firm believer things happen for a reason, sure the cancer thing is nice, getting next weeks lottery numbers would be nice also.

But if we changed things in the past, who knows how that would affect our present day. If we knew the future events, would that change our thinking and decision making.

                              Just something to ponder over

Besides, going back in time, getting off with some bird, she gets preggers, you return to your own time to a nice CSA bill

So you have a Phd, I am happy for you. Im sure Mr Hawking has one too

And your veiled arguement is a mute one. Anyone with a degree has to have original thought, its called a dissertation my friend.
