Well i know its made with pigs blood and fat but i love the stuff. Got some of that stornoway black pudd from the butchers the other day and it was delish. Try it on a bread roll with square sausage too, love it.

never tryed it cos sounds odd ,never tryed hagis,ells, ect

Love Scottish and Irish Black Pudding, but that English variety with big gobbets of fat in it is pretty rank.
