slightly lesser known cable forum ,many of use it except one wee poor lass,strange this is many had a similar issue and i think it was a router problem they had,have you got a friend to drop over with their laptop and see if you can get onto the forum with that at your place,if not i would recheck your modem settings,as my modem would not allow access with lappy until a setting was changed.
