Hope it works out for you, make sure you stick to what you know and are good at. A lot of people go down the rout of having fingers in a lot of pies, they try a bit of everything, then the initial good idea gets diluted. Stay unique don't try copying anyone else, if you do good grub, good inviting atmosphere people will come.

It just basic food hygiene. Basic rules you should follow. Even in the home. Like not storing un cooked meats above cooked meats etc. Food served at right temps. Fridges freezers again right temps.

As per chemicals there will be specialised stuff for cleaning cookers floors work tops etc

          THE TRUTH
          The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

Best of luck, but I am afraid if you look around the towns nowadays, there are more takeaways then people.

Once again I wish you all the luck you can get?.

All part of the plan, to have a food challenge where the meal is free, but it needs to be a good one.

Thanks to all the replies, some great pointers and ideas

you can get meat wholesale at booker cash & carrys also costco most areas have these 2 but often you can get better deals in supermarkets (cigs/booze/confectionary not sure about meat)

You could also invest in a proper coffee machine(espresso).make cappachios, lattes etc. people will pay extra for a real coffee.
