Video senders ... how good are they ?

Its caled Minitrunking, and comes in different sizes. I could of got away with a few lengths of YT1, but like i said the house is redecorated etc... I can only imagine what some peoples houses must look like ... ... Bloody wires everywhere.

How do you know it would be a simple cable run ? You assume its just a case of clipping a cable onto the skirting board...You assume wrong mate. If i could of got away with spending about ?20 on a HDMI lead, i would of gone down that route months ago. And on the basis that you dont have this particular sender, you cannot comment.. He He He

Worked as a sky engineer for 8 years so I can safely say that distance would be a simple cable run I always found a way.
Btw clipping cables onto skirting boards not my way I like em hidden.

brought a 2.4ghz one from car boot 3 beer tokens, works great thru 2 walls.

Depends on what the walls are made of and how thick they are. My house is 100 years old and solid. Even wifi has problems in my wee house.
