Anyone else think we're going to see a long con in the form of Ralph Fiennes character? I just don't buy all of Silva's precision planning only to miss his mark in the courtroom. I'm always suspicious when characters on the fence get shot in the shoulder...

Personally, I really enjoyed the film.
I too had mixed feelings, but I couldn't doubt the quality of the film. It felt like a proper Bond film, and had hints of Casino Royale.
My left down was Javier Bardem's character. His introduction scene is unbelievable, but I never really get the sense of his genius past that. The ending especially, I thought he would have a few tricks up his sleeve, but their was nothing of the character himself.
Brilliant film, but could have been better. If it had been, it would be the amongst the best films I've ever seen. Unfortunately because it doesn't it falls down into tier 2.Comment
