    I have tried that, but I think thats normally to solve the issue if your box is stuck in a boot loop. This box shutdown and reboots when you press keys on the remote.

      try changing batteries, or maybe try new remote if u can get one just to rule out, i no u shouldnt have to do this but u never no, i bought a couple of boxes of him with no probs,hope u get it sorted mate, and maybe try new firmware image

        Have you got the box connected to a motorised dish as this can cause these rebooting issues ?

          No, only using on 28.2. I will also check remote tomorow, but i'm sure the the box rebooted when using the buttons on frony of box.
