It?s all there if you had read the page #1
(My friend joined gym and paid ?200 cash for 6 months)

I don?t think they bothered reading any more its like a joke for them when this man in army has wife children and house and you come along making argument why he wants to join the gym, I wouldn?t care if he joined to be horse racing jockey, they may have been laid off work then they may have decided to call them again for ffs you are asking questions some thing I do not know his back ground that?s not my business.

Any way he has send him a recorded letter requesting the cancellation of Terms Off Contract and will let you know the outcome.

It doesn't look good for you mate unless he signed up by phone or over the internet.

Some people join gyms over the phone or online, and they have a greater layer of protection under the Distance Selling Regulations - namely a cooling-off period that lasts for seven working days. Be warned, though - that doesn't mean you can freely use the gym in that time. If you start to do that (and if the gym points out that it means your membership will begin), then you lose the rights of the cooling-off period.

What You Get When Joining a Gym

            THE TRUTH
            The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.
