Hi there recently my daughters facebook account was hacked and this sick person has opened a new account with pictures of her and my grandson is there any way of finding out who he/she is they wont add me or anybody else any help or answers would be brilliant ...thanks

report it to facebook, they should be able to trace their ip address , or even close them down,.

this could become serious so do something about it as soon as....

for one, they are using pics of children without your consent , that is against the law..

Not that I know of. Your best bet is to contact facebook direct and ask for their assistance.

thanks we have reported it to facebook but as of this morning this scum still has the page up also the police cant do nothing even after the saville stuff

Unless he/she is being malicious or threatening, I doubt there's a lot you can do... Everything you upload is treated as public domain... That's why I binned facebook

Should be a lesson to everyone whao has Fb they dont understand that everything the put on his available for more or less anyone to see or save their pictures regardless of whether they are friends or not

I would speak to the police again. If they wont do anything I would make a complaint to the police complaints commissioner. They are quick enough to act when someone says on Facebook" hey everyone let's go out and riot" or when someone says something bad about Celtic manager Neil Lennon.
