and po box has post code of "B?? ???" use 192.com to see if there is a Wan Kin in that adress postcode area

some sellers have their address on sales on the bay i have looked stuff up on google maps, they sound really top draw with the professional talk on the adverts, when you look them up some are just a everyday house in a cul de sac, not tarring everyone with the same brush who do this, i know a few good folks who work from home no problem,

Google his phone number, sometimes you get a nice surprise - fingers crossed his address and not the po box number.

mmm that right, its a manchester number mate, not in china, this **** is an importer and he is selling therfore he is responsable for what crap he put in the adds on ebay as we all are, still come under the buying at distance regulations

If he has a high satisfaction rating and high sales volume I would not worry. Your dead tablet isn't doing your daughter any good. Send the unit back via the RMA and do a delivery confirmation thereby protecting yourself from a denial of reciept. Good luck!

Order another if poss and send that one back

as crash said if he is big seller with good feeback you may be ok

but there is always a chance he will ignore it and if you cant open a case with paypal because its over 45 days and you didnt fund paypal with credit card, you may just have wasted postage and tablet

you could probably sell it on ebay as damaged and recoup some money rather than post it back,wasting postage money and tablet

Its hard to say m8, if he is a business seller he should have his address listed
