got banned from al**t for no reason

Well I thought I'd add my 2pence here, I'm not on alls*t so I can't say I've been banned from either there or digi******ld....but I have been banned from 1 or 2 other forums including digitaf**ms for arguing the toss with some proper know it all ignorent gits in the community - but it's the same old story, they are in with the admins and moderators and I'm not so wether I'm right or wrong or not is irrelevant it's me that's the one who gets the ban - despite the others being just as guilty if not moreso and also in both cases I've been banned the actual banning incident was honestly a nothing incident, almost as if they were waiting for the perfect moment to pull the trigger so I'd be like WTF ?!? ....anyway the ban from digi******ms was only supposed to be for a week, turns out they are taking the piss with the rolling ban as that week came and went and it's saying I'm banned until August sometime....it's safe to say I'll log in once when my ban does expire (if it expires) and I'll have it out with them properly to find out exactly why I was banned and for what, but I'm not going back there other than that since that's a community full of ignorent hypocrites that think they know it all, not realising what's good for the goose is good for the gander so to speak.

I won't lie, I've had my fair share of run ins even in this community with certain people when it comes to ignorence, and there's one or two people I don't like on here because of that and if those persons happen to be reading this then they know exactly who they are, obviously people are not going to agree on everything and that's fine but ignorence is the one thing I won't put up with ever....but anyway one thing I will say about this place from admin to the community is that it's a totally fair game from top to bottom. And I wouldn't have it any other way - in fact that's the way it should be in all cases but unforutnately is not.

Got banned myself from wizzard mods for uploading a file with virus.No virus in it when I checked it. File still there though.
My mate logged in from my house with his password. He got banned the next day for logging in from my ip address. Keygens will call up a virus/trojen when opening up as most people know. Still get in with my ip changer though.

i cant say too much about digit****rld as the ex mod i had bother with prob has friends on here. all he ever had to do was apologise. the d*ckhead i had probs with on m*dia h*lp and its spin off d*mpster is now on that foum under another different name!! and yes completely agree with you raven traps are deliberately set to get rid of certain people on some forums.

i go banned from there too for having the audacity to call admin a **** because he called me a tw@. All because i disagreed with his opinion on a football matter One or two members from here followed me out of the door for questioning why i was banned. Some people just let cyber power go to their heads

While you are discussing these Forums I would like to ask a question. Can you have more than one username on this forum? I think that having lots of usernames can create problems.

no just lainie. i used to be lainiebabez and wanted the babez bit of my username dropped when i was 40 but those on m*dia h*lp thought i was up to something . i did try to explain then i said oh just ~~~~ off etc. yes bulldog i know many who let mod/admin go to their heads. dw was particularly bad and as i said dont wanna say too much but you know where i am if you wanna talk . the guy i had trouble with from d*mpster etc is well known on forums (he is a hibs fan) and he has been banned from loads of places. i wouldnt believe the guy if he told me the sky was blue!! the mods/admin from wod can confirm my username was changed from lainiebabez to lainie on there. i wasnt up to anything just being realistic.

@ Bulldog, it's right though isn't it the fact is you are simply not allowed to state an opinion (which you personally are entitled to give by the soddin way!) in certain places online.....be it on football matters, interpersonal matters, politics, life etc....some places don't let you have your opinion and they have to attack you for it, especially if you have the audacity to call out a senior member whose opinion is hypocritical....that's what I did , got banned for it - mind you a handful of people took an instant dislike to me over my stance on a particular political matter which I had the guts to stand up and say something about and the comunity was split 50/50 but a handful of senior members didn't like the fact that I didn't give a f**k who anyone was or how many posts they had, they didn't like that a new guy was coming in and telling it like it is and stealing their thunder ....

But yeah they wouldn't leave me alone - from one thread to the next they'd be having sly digs at me randomly and even going so far as to be personally attacking me for my political stance/opinion not realising they were showing the exact same ignorence themselves that they were accusing me of, despite my pointing that out but you can't win with some types and something I've learned quickly recently is that it doesn't matter how old or young they are, or you for that matter, a c**t is a c**t end of story, that's got nothing to do with age/experience in life - but yeah despite a few heated exchanges and quite a few insults and swears when things got out of hand and my refusal to back down despite all this I still wasn't banned for this - something which would have been totally understandable had that been the case.....

I was actually banned for a post which made every effort to get back on topic, despite all the flak coming my way - I really lit a fire in that community god knows how! But in the actual banning incident honestly all I did was state a fact which basically echoed what an admin had said in a warning that had been made not 2 hours previous and I made mention of the fact that a certain user had just earned himself a 1 week ban for insulting me if what the admin said was true - then I made another paragraph which was totally genuine and not fake at all and was which was also an attempt to get the thread back on topic. I guess ontop of everything else they didn't like about me, they didn't like me playing moderator because then next thing I know I end up banned for that of all things and the reason given on the infraction was apparently I'm taking the piss out of admin.....mind you to be honest I had every right to, even though in truth that was the last thing I was doing.

Yeah I type alot, but that's because I don't spend all week on any forums whatsoever, what I normally do is come on at different times of the day for a day or two and then I won't come on at all for a week and so typically when I do come on I have alot to say that's somewhat meaningful - and it almost always comes out in a single post.

I know nobody likes to wade through long messages and I don't do it on purpose, honest! I like to think that I do make some good points however and that my opinions/observations/help or rants or whatever make an interesting read or point of discussion for whoever takes the time to read through it properly - to be honest so long as people are respectful to me you are free to say whatever you would like to me - even to the point of respectfully telling me to sod off! I have to be honest, it's only disrespect that annoys me, anything else is fair game and all good really
