    Getting old....

Ive come to the conclusion that im just about too old to do anything,9month ago I re-felted my garage roof(thought nothing of it at the time)then after a week of pain in the chest I went home after work and collapsed and ended up in a and e,it turns out I had torn a cartlidge in my chest.Me and mrs grumbles have just moved house the end of febuary there and ive gone and done the bugger again,im getting old and I don't like it,i used to consider myself middle aged but that's only if I live to be about 114...... its time to sit back a bit I think and I must admit, this is a corner I would rather not be turning...

No idea what I done to myself last night was on the phone being a shoulder to cry on... in my hotel room got off the phone and turned round to sit my phone down on the bedside drawers.... as I turned back round something's popped in lower back.... ouch. Well that was me up till half 4 this morning rolling about in agony. Not even sure how I managed to get to sleep but was back up at half 6 for work and still in agony. the more movement or pressure on it the worst it gets. Workout daily and keep myself fit these days as well.

Is this a sign that I am getting old too?

Just got paracetamol :/ which doesn't make much if any difference. out in what I'd call the middle of nowhere. Might go in and see the site medical office centre tomorrow if not much better by tomorrow. Sore right now is an understatement.

                    Damn getting old haha

diclofenac is an anti-inflammatory more for joints, sounds like you pulled a muscle so would need a pain killer not an anti-inflammatory, might be worth giving codeine a go but chances are it will just be a matter of time before it sorts its self out.

Feels more like nerve pain than muscle mate pulled a good few muscles in the past and not the same sort of pain.... I'd rank this up there with terrible toothache. Pains also causing a headache now..

Pain did seem to calm down earlier today and this morning but when it comes back its pretty unbearable. At my lower back bang on center.
