I was walking the dog the evening of bonfire night and a frigging rocket landed right in front of me and it set me to wonder if anyone has ever got hit by a rocket, i would imagine they would give you a clout , i,ve seen loads of of them stuck in the soil of wet fields, there must be millions of them coming down to earth during the festive hours,

we used to build our bonty's as kids, loads of us off the estate would collect wood all week, build a huge monster, then set it alight as soon as it was dark, but then in my last few years of doing the the fire brigade started coming to put it out, although they said we weren't doing any harm, there was even pensioners around it, familys etc,they said they had to put it out since they had the phonecall about it.

So all it takes is one miserable ~~~~ to spoil everyones fun

We had a good bonfire neet round at our house. All i'm saying is stella and gunpowder are not a good combination.

As usual it got slightly out of hand, the health and safety regs went out the window (well, burnt) .
No injuries, but oh what fun we had strapping the fireworks together.
