I won't go near any of them. It's a very sad fact that people now socialize more on-line with people they never want to meet, rather than getting out & meeting people in the real world.
Sad pathetic losers who's life is only verified by having 500 friends on a website. Typical chav scum lying about what they've done to make them more popular.
Add to that the fact that every website you visit & every on-line purchase you make is reported back to the ~~~~book servers. This they sell to companies for advertising & profiling. If you're really stupid you ticked the box that allows them to send your on-line purchase details to all your friends.
Trust me, you're better off without it.Canker

I have to agree with The Red and the rest of the abstainers. Was on Facegeek under fake name then complete strangers came bearing gifts of cows and goats, stroked me chin and decided I was probably getting into black magic here so decided to pull the plug.A short while ago Lainie let the cat (or sheep or goat) out of the bag posting about Facegeek, giving away too much info on herself. Speaking of Lainie- she`s been quiet lately. Hope she has`nt sold her ovaries and retired to Miami.Comment

I'm afraid I don't get the whole Facebook, Myspace, etc, etc, phenomenon either. I can see why teenagers with frantic social lives may have a use for it, but middle-aged people and beyond - GROW UP!
For the over 20s, it just seems a bit pathetic, inadequate people who need to get a life, who are either obsessed with themselves or want to show off. Or both. Twitter seems to have taken all this to a new level of banality.
When I saw the thread title 'Am I the only one?', I thought that you were going to say that you may be the only one who's interested in big brother, and the whole big brother hype leaves you cold. Just me that feels like this then!Comment
