Susspose your correct - saying jealousy - but quick internet search reaveals approx 255,287,546 Web Server Survey | Netcraft websites in the world - ok sake of argument DK members own sites, their worksites etc etc, so say knock of 208,347 - that's one per member of DK - still a lot of people. The question be are they

1) Jealous of Devilfish for owning the worlds best website?

OR

2) Simply that fact that DK is THE best website in the world?


Just for reference, somebody somewhere was eating a Toffee Crisp, and something 'went wrong' - short in/outs is this bloke had a shop, wife, cat, lawnmower, website and forum.

Somebody sold the lot for him, the new shop owners changed ALL
the passwords - even the forum tea machine got a new password
nil poi - compeletyly locked the guy out, somehow he managed to hack the unhackable system - in the dark - no torch - nothing, he managed to gain access and DELETED everything in the forum.

Funny thing was, there was a rumor going around and had a look at this website - said something like "Somebody has gained access and deleted everything" - either they had no idea it was former owner or they were just playing it cool.

im upstairs on pc and it has windows vista on it. i use firefox and when i click digital kaos in this bit -

i get that download message and also when i click the home page. ive deleted all cookies and temp int files and its still happening??

Try IE Lainie, I use FF as well and it pains me to switch but it will work as a stop gap for now.

on firefox here get the odd problem ,just go back a bit and redo and it works,on xp.

im sure they guys backstage are doing all they can. shame they got so much work to do at this time of year. im sure their other halfs have dozens of other things they would rather they were doing.

@cactikid I have for the past few days but it will still lead to problems. Changing browser will work, DF is still working on it from our end also.

My 2pence worth, using google chrome, cleared broswing data as DF said and all is well.

There isn't a problem with the site, it's your browser. Clear the cache and you will be ok.

If one browser is working ok and another isn't, it can't be the site.

tried logging on tonight again on pc upstairs and probs still happening. even when i googled it and clicked on the link i still got that stupid download message.

pc is on vista and firefox and never had this prob before.
