I don't sleep all day, I rarely sleep at all
If I get 5hrs a night then I've had a sleep in.
There's too much stuff to experience to spend your life sleeping!
What this has to do with anything I'm not entirely sure, but there you have it.
Different tune? I lost just over a grand on ebay, down to my own stupidity! I don't blame Paypal for my own naivety though. The responsibility lays with me and me alone, I should have did some research and due diligence, I don't feel the need to shirk the responsibility to some other party.
I've read through all 30 odd pages of the agreement, did so before when i signed up and again before i began posting in this thread. Skimmed the privacy policy though as I often do when signing up for a service, i doubt there's anything surprising in it though, they never really vary that widely.
As to why people don't thank me? I have no idea, its never been an issue, I've never felt inadequate over some arbitrary number, as for post count? again its meaningless, i cold have just as easily opened a new account and posted under a pseudonym with a post count of 1 and my points would be no less valid.
The point is straightforward enough, people signed up to something, entered into a legally binding contract and then when the service provider follows their terms and conditions to the letter people freak out. Act outraged as if there's some kind of surprise?
The reason for account freezing in your scenario is fairly logical and straightforward, "the average Joe" shouldn't need more than one account unless they're laundering money or up to no good, again its in the contract as plain as day. They state outright throughout the entire site that it wont be tolerated. that they take a dim view on laundering (understandable since its heavily regulated and monitored by enforcement bodies who wont hesitate to sanction paypal for the behaviour)
The person is therefore in BREACH of the contract and has no recourse other than to wisen up and grow a pair.
Again paypal is not at fault, the same with your entire initial list, its just morons not following their contract and getting their comeuppance.
