now im hardly all for the government but over 50,000 people DID get done for benefit fraud. people dont want to give their names as there could be repercussions - lot of nasty people out there.

When I was in the Mob we used to have physical training every Wednesday. It involved getting run ragged until it hurt. After a month or two there was an increase in wimps going sick on Tuesday nights to avoid the beasting. The bosses than made it compulsory to stand to attention on the Parade Square or sit on a chair in the middle of the square until the lads had finished Physical training. Within 2 weeks everyone was miraculously cured and very few people went sick again. Pretty much proved that if you set a system up that means you don't benefit from something human nature will ensure you don't try it.
