Man arrested for shining laser at plane

New South Wales Police have arrested a man for allegedly shining a laser light at a plane during take-off.
A pilot notified authorities after being targeted by the green laser as the plane left Sydney's Mascot airport on Monday night.
The 27-year-old was found in possession of the prohibited weapon at his home in Bardwell Park.
He has been charged with threatening the safety of an aircraft and is expected to appear in court next month.

the naughty man shone a nasty light in the plane mans eyes.!
the plane man could not see properly and could have crashed the aeroplane.
a LOT of people could have gone to heaven.
and so the police men caught the naughty man and the big judge said
'you have to go to jail!'

(1) The question is why more people in UK are on criminal record database.
(2) Once you are on that database you will not find any work on Govt employment or overseas employment.

Laser pens over 1mW are not allowed in Australia, not even sure if they are allowed at all as a pointer.
I think tools like laser levels are the only exception to this law.

You think our laws are bad, it's against the law to wheel spin your car when pulling away from a standing start.
Nearly all front wheel drive cars have enough power to wheel spin, more so in wet weather. One minor mistake when trying to get out into a small gap in the traffic could see you in court.
