    Coke and Pepsi contain ALCOHOL

No wonder so many people like it! Coke and Pepsi contain ALCOHOL, reveals French research

Muslims praying at the Paris great Mosque: Many people regularly drink Cola because their religion forbids them from drinking alcohol

These include the brand leaders Coca-Cola and Pepsi Cola, while it is mainly only cheap supermarket versions of the drink which are alcohol-free.

?60 Million Consumers?, the French magazine, publishes the results of the tests in its latest issue.

They suggest that the alcohol levels are as low as 10mg in every litre, and this works out at around 0.001 per cent alcohol

Every can of Coke contains approximately 10 teaspoons of sugar.

have they broken health and safety rules? no
all alcohol is made from sugar, sugar in coke = trace amounts of alcohol.. i wouldnt call a drink with 0.001 % alcohol, alcoholic.

you would need to drink something like 5000 litres to get as much alcohol as a pint ..
    must be slow news day

the rule says that they have to tell you how much sugar is in it. they do. hence no rules broken

i know a diabetic.. i dont like him, so dont really care if he dies.. but i do know that when you're diabetic, doctors like to tell you not to drink sugary drinks.. whod have thunk?

so bearing that in mind, if a doctor tells you explicitly 'dont drink coke ' and you do drink coke, then quite frankly, you deserve all thats coming to you

Who care what coke contains. You should have the right to drink anything you want. You become fat by not what your eating but how much your eating. Coke is a fine drink but don't drink it when your thirsty from the heat since sugar don't quench your thirst. Drink water first then have a coke. you won't consume so much. About the alcohol in coke. Who care's what the French say anyway.

                            0.0001% alcohol is the figure.

You would need to drink 13,000 cans to be over the limit.
