    In that case it should say it costs the taxpayers ?500m a day, since it is us that pay for the winter fuel allowance through our tax system and gritting the roads we pay council tax.
    My master plan is to live forever..... going to plan so far
    Despite the cost of living, it's still very popular.
    No good deed goes unpunished....

        what will be the thaw bill ?, they can tell you how much it cost at the drop of a hat (the snow) bill, but they keep getting it wrong with the economy, but it all makes sense now, that they can only predict falling snow and nothing else.
