So you work for your wage rebuilding Englands roads etc but it should be at the minimum wage level per hour.

If you don't like the minimum wage, re-train & get a better job elsewhere.
However those that are ill or disabled, should be cared for by the state without pressure or duress But with regular check-ups.

Having said that, the thing is that the Daily Mail always rants about foriegners taking money from the state, but sadly its the UK citizens are the real scroungers. Non EU citizens are not allowed to claim.

Also why do people working in Local goverments / civil servants / teachers / unions etc think they deserve better rights than the rest of us?
We need better equal sustainable rights for ALL workers

Salim, calling something by a different name does not change anything !! and by instigating this "solution" would only serve to put those who actually now do that work into unemployment because the company would rather employ those on the minimum wage. If you are expected to do a job then you should be paid the proper going rate for the job.
Yes the roads do need rebuilding and if the councils and government would release the funds to do so then it would create employment and that in turn would create wage earners who would then become tax payers and also have more money so be able to be bigger spending consumers which would in turn create more jobs in the industries they have spent their extra cash with and so creating even more wage earners, tax payers, consumers and continuous growth in employment and spending thus negating the original cost of the government investment.

"Non EU citizens are not allowed to claim."
Sorry but that statement is false, they are not allowed to claim "certain benefits" and they are also entitled to Cash Support and Grants from the Home Office and of course in many cases they are provided with social housing and the benefits associated with that.

"Also why do people working in Local goverments / civil servants / teachers / unions etc think they deserve better rights than the rest of us?"

They do not "think they deserve better rights than the rest of us" , they are fighting to preserve rights that had been earned and strived for to give them a proper living wage and pension, which many of us had also attained in other jobs and services but have now been taken away from us.
The coverage of actions taken by these people is shown in such a way that it becomes propaganda to turn those workers who have already had those rights taken away against them, instead of supporting them and then saying we also deserve our rights to a living wage and pension re-instated.

"We need better equal sustainable rights for ALL workers"
An absolutely fabulous statement !!! but unless the workers stop turning against other workers and instead start supporting each other this will never be achieved. Believe in a proper living wage and pension and support it for everyone !!
