He's guilty for a number of reasons, the main one being he was found guilty by those that heard all the evidence, not those who only got the information that the media decided/was able to give out.

TBH you need someone in the world preaching and telling others what to do..

Look at the foreign kids in schools. they think they rule the place.. british teacher comes along and takes whatever it is the foreign kids has.. and gives them a good stern telling off.. and thats the end of it..

It doesn't matter what the other side would have done or did, it wasn't they who were caught on webcam killing someone who couldn't defend themselves was it? You can't, as the US and UK do, go around telling teh world what to do, how to do it and how to live their lives and then ignore it when some prat sends video of one of your soldiers killing someone who is defenceless around the world for everyone to see. Like I said we have only heard the evidence the press has given us. I dare say the tabloids would have decided that he did nothing wrong, because that's the popular view that sells papers? I don't read them for that very reason.

Perhaps if the UK, US and all the so called do-gooders stopped telling other countries what to do and stopped interfering then we'd not get caught out by stupid acts, that were done in the heat of battle, and regretted later.

Talking of interfering and jumping to assumptions, which the US and UK are good at, they never did publish the evidence of who threw the chemical weapons in Syria. We'll have to wait 25 years to see who was to blame.

The police in the US don't take any sh*t whatsoever. I saw my brother get tazered for swearing at one, so attacking one would be a definite no-no in my book at any time.
