A Fullerton man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of ejaculating into a female co-worker's water bottle.
Michael Kevin Lallana, 31, was charged with two misdemeanor counts each of releasing an offensive material in a public place and assault, according to a statement from the Orange County District Attorney's office.
On Jan. 14, Lallana allegedly deposited his ejaculation into a water bottle that was on a coworker's desk. The woman later returned to her office, drank from the bottle and threw it away after feeling sickened and irritated, according to the DA's office.
Three months later, the Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Company employee allegedly did it again, according to the DA's office.
This time, after feeling sick, the victim sent the bottle to a private lab for testing. Eventually the defendant was linked through DNA to the water bottle, according to the OCDA.
Lallana was arrested early Tuesday morning outside his Fullerton home by the Orange Police Department. The defendant was released on $500 bond and was scheduled for arraignment on Sept. 14.
If convicted, Lallana faces a sentence up to three years in jail with mandatory sex offender registration, according to the DA's office.
