BENEFIT scroungers were last night warned to stop producing huge broods of children or face having their handouts taken away.

Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt said it was unfair that hardworking taxpayers were footing the bill so jobless parents and single mums could have large families.

He urged people to show some responsibility after Chancellor George Osborne said that claimants should not receive more than the average UK household income of ?26,000.
Official figures yesterday revealed there are around 100,000 people living off benefits who have four or more children, and 900 with eight or more.

Mr Hunt said: ?The number of children that you have is a choice and what we?re saying is that if people are living on benefits, they make choices, but they have to have responsibility for those choices.

?It?s not going to be the role of the state to finance those choices.

?You can have children but if you are going to ask for support that is more than the average wage that people earn, then we?re saying no, the state shouldn?t support that.

AWESOME ruling do beleive it's 1 sprog per couple, if you fart, breathe, ride a bicycle with out lights, don't pay your TV icence within 10 mins of it been born you get sterlised, like it or not.

If somehow you end up with a 2nd brat, no funding AT ALL - no idea about skool.

If you have a c-section they sew a coil in place - no idea if a Lucas type, coil pack or them funny 'pencil' type.

This isnt without its "loopholes"

For instance it applies only to NATIVE peoples.
Cant see a Brit being happy about being restricted to a single kid but an immigrant can have 200+

Its also only really enforced in urban areas, so someone in london has a kid, then a few years down the line has another, they get taxed rotten, whilst someone in Skye is free to have several tax free.
In a Cokneys mind this would be unfair but to the government it makes perfect sense, it promotes an even population distrobution and keeps a median average density in place. Even from a military standpoint it promotes expansion of border teritories and improves defence.

The system also has "side effects," most likely to get the bleeding hearts club into a frenzy is infanticide.

The plan is overal fairly sound though, it works by imposing a one child birth rate, if you have more than one kid your required to pay a "family planning tax" for your second, this is calculated by taking a guestimate of your Disposable Income on the year of the childs birth and applying a good portion of it to the tax office, say 40%
say your earning a disposable income of ?18,000 the year the child is born, you then have to pay the local government ?7200 per year for the rest of the childs life.

Untill you figure "the rest of its life" generaly ends when you cave in your 8yr olds head with a baseball bat and dump it in the garbage compactor, this also lets you avoid imprisonment for failing to keep up with your civic duty.

Its fairly akin to swiss cheese with the ammount of loopholes it has, theres nothing preventing you from having a kid abroad and then flying back after the birth to avoid having to pay taxes.
Theres also nothing preventing you from gaining nationality elsewheere and having a brood then returning to your homeland scot free.

It would serve as a good basis to build an improved system for the UK though, one that effectively elasterplasts all the holes in the Chinese system.

One kid for starters, eligible for "child benifit" if its a full UK citizen.
Anything over has penalty taxes imposed across the board and the firstborn looses its birth right benifit.
Benifits are only payed to Full UK citizens and children thereof.
Taxes are imposed on EVERYONE residing in your nations borders irrespective of nationality. You want to come to our country? You will be subjected to exactly the same laws as the local peoples.
Infanticide should carry a stiff penalty, resulting in sterilisation and a hefty prison sentance.
Stiffer thn the penalisation for failure to maintain a second child.
Children born outside of the populations workforce will be removed from their workshy bioligical parents and delivered to adoption clinics to go to families who actively work for a living and are unable to have children, though able to provide a decent shot at life for them, these children and their adoptive parents will be carefully monitored for a term of five years to ensure no foul play.

Children born with defects shall be immune to the child law, parents will be void of subsequent penalisation on their second child so long as the second child can be afforded, is already well cared for and is born no less than 5 years from the firstborn.

Locality rules will still apply, in areas of low population density rules will be more lax than in aread of severe urban growth, "tax break" areas will be monitored on a five year basis and density charts updated accordingly.

Just a quick one on this so is everyone still going to pay their taxes and is the gov still getting the stealth taxes also the government is getting more out of oil than the arabs but they will still need their wages and big houses with loads of kids that the nanny looks after next they will want to get rid of disabled then it will be the unemployed this is just the thin end of the wedge dont believe a word they say.

yea just going like germany did 70 years ago the police force is now an elite force you dont get charged for shooting people now how many time we seen it on the news and its usually they shot themselves yea I belive that.
