Should The Champions League Be For Being Champions Of There Domestic Leagues & Cups

Should the Champions League only be for the teams that have won there Domestic Leagues and Cups:

Don't get me wrong I love the Champs League - it's great and it's where everybody wants to be. But I don't agree with Cup winners and as low as 4th or 5th in there own league competing in the 'Champions League'. I know it's only a name, but maybe it should be re-branded the Euro League or something, because many of the teams in it aint ~~~~in champions!

I agree..... I can only name 2 Premiership teams that have won the champions league but were never crowned champions in domestic or cups....

If lower teams from lower divisions were granted champions league football then these clubs would not go into administration....

Imagine if the 4 places went to the winners of the PL and each of the NPower leagues.. You're on some good smack there lad..

I'd prefer it if it went back to just being for the domestic league champions..

i think the current format is good you get the top teams from the top leagues not just one from each league

champions and trophy winners but then as they say, what if 4 example this season that ment birmingham going?gd side and i like them dnt get me wrong ,but think champs league mayb 2 much. i knw that rule in scotland was a sham when gretna and queen o south made it that way into uefa cup and got smashed . maybe best sticking the way it is, who knws. btw i know theres a bit o a diff we the lower scottish and english mentioned , jus used as an example.

It should be for the champions and maybe runners up but money talks unfortunately and UEFA are greedy ****s. That aside I think the Champions league is boring as shit. I now only watch the World,Euros, Domestic Cups and Lower league matches as I cannot stand the Premier and Chumps League.

You dont watch the Premier league and Champions league but you do watch the World cup??... Strange, as the World cup has been shite now for many years... but i suppose everyone to their own.
