The legal system in this country is a joke !!!
The courts are ment to provide justice the punishment is ment to reflect the crime and in meny cases it dose not !

Take a look at my avitar I like to have a few spliffs now and again, if I was to be nicked for having a plant yes a PLANT it carries up to 7years jail time !!! I cant see how my crime is afecting anyone except myself.
If you rape someone or are a pedo in this country you would be UNLUCKY to get 3 years, these crimes destroy the lives of the victim and their familys and afect the victim for the rest of their life ! Where is the justice ?

I would bring back the death penalty for some crimes (rape,pedo's,murder) I mean it you would only need to kill a few of each and I garantee 99.9% of these crimes would stop.
7 years for having a plant I think is a bit over the top, but losing your life for taking anothers or destroying the life of a young child and their whole family's I think is called justice !

Well if you think there is a place in society for sick jokes like that then you are sick, These type of people ruin not just the lifes of the one's they are committing the offence against but also many more people, They don't deserve freedom or a life they should be locked away for good, There crimes in my eyes are far worst than any other crime,

I was only trying to make the point that the UK courts are a joke !
When a rapest or paedophile can generally consider them self unlucky to receive 3 years in jail for their crime, I could find many example's of the injustice served here but I chose to compare it to a subject that I can personally relate to.
