Sir Alex Ferguson in 1988
"This isn't just a job to me." "It's a mission. I am deadly serious about it. Some people would reckon too serious. We will get there, believe me. And when it happens, life will change for Liverpool and everyone else - dramatically."

CPS decision on John Terry case
Alison Saunders, Chief Crown Prosecutor for London said:I have today advised the Metropolitan Police Service that John Terry should be prosecuted for a racially aggravated public order offence following comments allegedly made during a Premier League football match between Queen Park Rangers and Chelsea on 23 October 2011.BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The decision was taken in accordance with the Code for Crown Prosecutors and after careful consideration of all the evidence, I am satisfied there is sufficient evidence for a realistic prospect of conviction and it is in the public interest to prosecute this case.
Mr Terry will appear before West London Magistrates Court on 1 February 2012.
He is now summonsed with a criminal offence and has the right to a fair trial. It is extremely important that nothing should be reported which could prejudice his trial.
The details of the charge are:
On 23rd October 2011 at Loftus Road Stadium, London W12 you used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress which was racially aggravated in accordance with section 28 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998. Contrary to section 31 (1) (c) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998

The FA will wait for the court case to be resolved before they act on the matter which could take upto 6 months.
Dan Roann to BBC sports correspondent says if the FA want they can charge Terry now even before the case even starts theres nothing stopping them, but will they i doubt very much.

What a bleeding joke, Terr won't have to face trial until after the Euro's not a big suprise tho. The Judge using the witnesses as the cause of the delay because they're footballers and will be busy playing.
1) Won't they be on holiday after the Euros, or pre-season depending on when it is?
2) Harry Redknapp is on trial n is managing Spurs at the same time, if he can do it im sure others can.
