they didnt fail the test, they were just not accepted.

the issue now is very real. g&h have made a loss which makes them perfectly entitled to claim for damages. and they may actually get something. not quite the 1billion they ask though

their only chance would be in a u s court,cant see an english court finding for them.after all they didnt reveal to the highcourt that they were preparing an appeal in texas,that wont go down to well.

we should hold fire until nesv show that the club isnt just a money making exercise and demonstrate that they have the clubs best interest at heart

Teres a long road to recovery ahead of us but at least we're not burdened down by those pair of tw@s anymore
