A final reminder here lads, this thread along with the Utd one is in real danger of being closed due to unsavoury comments being made. This is not a football forum and some of the posts on here wouldn't be tolerated on a dedicated football forum.

Andy Carrol looked good I think Liverpool was missing someone like him. He fills the role Peter Crouch brought to Liverpool but has a more rounded game than Crouch. All Liverpool needs is a great holding midfielder to regain a big 4 spot again

He does give the ball away easily at times.. So does Poulson, Difference is Lucas is a top player and an asset to Liverpool.

Poulson is shite, I want Gary Cahill in a Liverpool shirt next season.. John Henry is back on the Forbes rich list so why not..?

I feel Lucas is a good player and has improved alot as long as he stays in the holding position and doesn't try to attack. He's a great tackler but still he not the greatest passer of the ball.
