Henderson has been a bigger disappointment than Downing. Downing has showed glimpses of what he's capable of but Henderson has been piss poor all season IMHO.

I think Downing has been the poorer of the two, Henderson has played majority of his games on the right, hes alot better in the middle, Downing has played on both wings and has been crap. He's done well in a white England jersey but has been crap in a red one

everyone views football differently and thats what makes it such a talking point.

henderson hasnt set the world alight but he is 21, has a brilliant engine onhim. works damn hard, runs fast and keeps the ball really well......which i think is vital to how kenny wants to play. he can play at high speed and controla nd retian possession.

i didnt think downing was so bad at the start.....i see what he brings, he can adavcne up the pitch 30 yards quickly, and put defences on the back foot

but his final ball has been really poor and his decision making for a 28 year old 20 million player is shocking at times.

we wont get much more out of downing he is at his peak now

henderson is 21 and can be made a better player by kenny and has all the attributes to do so.....

we will also get most of our money back on henderson

I think Adam is getting there the only thing that peed me off about him was the way everyone was going on about hes Alonso's replacement. The man isn't worthy enough to lace Alonso's boots. Early on he went missing in the major parts of games until there was a set piece, but lately apart from the BBurn game hes got stuck in alot more and his assists are looking good 6 so far could have been 7 if he passed to Bellamy against Fulham and goals could have been 3 if he dnt miss the pen

Adam is hit and miss, some games he looks class others crass. He was a big fish in a small pond at Blackpool and it's showing here. It's too early to form a solid opinion of anyone just yet. I'll give anyone a season before i do that

Wolfy goes over the top he isn't willing to give the players a chance, unlike the rest of us. We may criticise players but we give them time to prove us wrong like Lucas, Wolfy isn't willing to give anyone time by the looks of it. He acts like he's spent the money on these players, maybe he should stick to "Football Manager"

yea some players just need more time than others.

lucas got over played by rafa in our poor season and thats why everyone was on his back. as the team were playing so crap, yet he got picked every week.....stubborn rafa though.

i like adam and was shouting for his signing all last year. so delighted when we got him.

he is just turned 26 and if he puts in the work off the feild he can become brilliant for us.....i think him and lucas really started to work well before leiva got injured.
