Maxi always (okay more that downing/ hendo/ spearing/kuyt/ shelvey etc) get the goals... Downing is not good enough, but KK will persist with him as he spent a lot of money on him....

Fingers crossed he will start with Maxi on Saturday.

Blackburn aren't that great of a team. With that said Liverpool played a sloppy but exciting game and put it together when they needed it. How come Maxi doesn't play that often. His left nut is better than Downing but Kenny keeps him on the bench when all he does is scores. Can't believe Carrol scored no less the winner. Feel alot better Liverpool won a game. Now lets kick Everton ass Saturday.

Unfortunately, teams like Blackburn that aren't that good are the best we can compete against whilst we've been having this really bad spell. Shame we can only raise our game against the big teams. Was made up Carroll got the winner though. His stats for the match were impressive as well.

Agree that Maxi should play more as well. He's the type of player that can be subbed if he's not doing so well, but when he is, he's confident. Felt sorry for Flannigan, but he was having a stinker. Hopefully Jones will do well on saturday! I had the offer of a free ticket to Wembley, but turned it down as I don't agree on taking it as I hardly go the match, due to money, and I don't agree taking a ticket when someone who goes regularly can't get one.

Right were to start ....

The Bad -

1) THE ref was a joke ...
2) Again the defending was terrible , yet again. and at set plays ??
3) The selection was questionable to a point! Kuyt should have started or got on a a sub

The Good -
1) maxi plays and he scores goals again!
2) Bellamy again played well
3) Henderson done Better in defence then attack!
4) jonjo was great upfront
5) Thought carroll played really well ... Best in a while

BUT best thing about it was team never gave up and that what im most proud of
