Winning the CL for one, the club promised alot, new owners at the time more finances for the club, new stadium he probably thought we may start challenging for honours finally. Improved contract, Rafa's first season was a success so for the manager, family & friends.

Yea they were factors but the bottom line is he is a Red and didn't really want to move away from the club he loves. A fan living the dream

      THE TRUTH
      The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

If players want to leave you should let them go. I'm hoping Downing, Adam and Henderson are asking. Suarez and Gerrard are great players and great one's seek glory. If they can't get where they are they will always seek somewhere else. It's just the way things are today in world football. I don't see Gerrard ever leaving but Suarez could especially the way the FA treated him this year.

          Hi

Ive well and truly given up for this season.....premiership wise. I really with kenny this season 4th was a defo and 3rd possibility heck I was even thinking why not be challengers for be title but as the season has progressed been so dissapointed.

Downing I thought might give us something and hendo has not impressed me although I still have hopes for carrol.

Some of kennys decisions have been baffling and I am still trying to be supportive to him but with every game its diminishing. When some people were having a go I was defensive of him and felt he had to be here for this season and next season to have been given a fair crack but now Im not too sure and feel a compromise at end of season will happen.

Even if he is here for next season I hope he gets rid of a few players even ones he has bought. If that is an admission of I bought bad then so be it for the good of the club.

          Regards

Yep its a strange one when Kenny bought these players they were on top of their game. Adams had a great season for Blackpool looked an excellent buy and Henderson likewise for Sunderland. Carroll was almost prolific for Newcastle and yet when these players arrived at Liverpool they look a shadow of what they were at their previous clubs. I think most Liverpool fans at the time including myself thought they were decent signings and we should finish top four and may be go on to challenge.

Looks like our prayers have been answered seems as Raheem seems to be on the bench today. Maybe KD's trying to win back support.

What was Suarez doing with that 2nd goal which was rightly ruled out? I mean he could have easily scored without having to use his arm or hand.

It's good to see quite of few of the former greats saying the same thing we are, things are not good enough, Carling cup success alone or FA cup success isn't good enough, hardly challenging for the top 4 nevermind not getting in the top 4 isn't good enough. But none of them are calling for KD's head just yet, but they understand our frustrations.

When wolfy was coming in here and saying the players/manager was not winning games all you lot was saying back to him is its early and he's building a team for the future, now months weeks on your all agreeing with him thanking him in his post, ok you have lost a few more games and still got the same team/manager and whos changing there words. SAF took how long with UTD?

I see what your saying Andy1967 but even with this squad Liverpool should of secured a 4th place spot. I keep saying way to many ties at home. Sometimes a jockey change makes a world of difference. Every top team in the world first thing is to win the league and second is securing a CL spot. This year i couldn't tell what direction Liverpool were going. Kenny Daglish should announce he is not coming back as manager next year cause after today's game another loss like that and the Kop might not be as nice as they were today.

We're Liverpool football club we lead not follow. We don't sack our manager after one poor season. Hodgson was an exception to the rule, we were woeful under him and he never got to grips with the club. He was talking about a relegation battle in September and he really believed it.

Ok so we blew the champions League place this year, overall we have been much improved. We have played better football this season than we have done for a few years.
We failed to finish games off after tearing teams apart, if we had have done so we wouldn't be struggling in the League now.

Today's performance was the worse I have seen at Anfield this season from the whole team. Wolfy has been slagging the manager off from day and he's now rubbing his hands because he thinks he's been proved right, well he hasn't. I have enjoyed the football we have played this season more than I have done for a long time. The League has been disappointing but overall it could be a lot worse. There are more positives than negatives to be taken from this season.
