    I think your a typical main stander who goes to eat their prawn sandwiches.

    I had a season ticket at LFC season before last, went to all away games and european aways, i had a motorbike accident last year preventing me from going that season, this season ive been looking for a job and had family issues, watching at the TV isn't my choice, id much rather be on the KOP giving my support.

    Lucas can't pass to a red shirt? Remembered posting this a while ago, just dugg it up. His pass rates were better than those of gerrard and everyother player in the team.

                                would lucas or kuyt be regular starters for Man Utd..? Chelsea..? Arsenal..? or even Man City..? No they wouldn't so why are they 'good' enough for us..

                                    Ops, I am pleased to see that a Liverpool fan has a grasp on reality for once. As a United fan all I hear about from Liverpool fans is about how many top players they have and how tye're underachieving.

                                    I'm a United fan, and the only Liverpool players I'd have at United are Gerrard, Torres, and Reina after Van der Saar retires. Every other player would weaken the side, even Carragher - he's good but not world class, he wouldn't get in the United team over Vidic and Ferdinand, nor would get get in the Chelsea team over Terry or Carvalho.

                                    Alonso was good, but now he's gone and Johnson looks like he's developing into a very good player indeed, but look at the other players Rafa's signed over the years and theres the problem:

                                    Pennant, Bellamy, Crouch, Arbeloa, Aurelio, Babel, Kuyt, Skrtl, Agger and the list goes on.

                                    None of these players are anywhere near good enough to get into the United or Chelsea team so how can Liverpool expect to compete with them?

                                    Don't get me wrong, I think Rafa is a fantastic manager, I really do. To achieve what he has with the quality of players he has had is amazing. Just imagine what he could do with top players! His obvious flaw is his ability in the transfer market. I suppose whast I am trying to say is that he is an ideal manager for the Continental system where a director of football buys the players and he uses what he gets given, so maybe Liverpool should look down this route for the future?

                                                        It's shocking how much of a scapegoat Lucas is made out of.

                                                        Yeah, he is a pretty shit footballer but he's not the one losing you games. Rafa's mind boggling tactics, playing with 2 holding midfielders against teams parking the bus won't win you games which after last season you should know.

                                                        Glen Johnson, brilliant going forward but as he's proved when playing for England, he simply can not defend.

                                                        Not to mention the fact that if you take out Gerrard and Torres, that is a really average side. Couple of good players but the majority are embarrassing.

                                                        Hopefully Rafa will stay and continue to ruin Liverpool but the Yanks get blamed for it.
