How can one final ruling in a case here in the united kingdom! Be then over ruled in america? When they had no right of appeal!

The court order could put the LFC board and RBS in hot water (contempt of court) if they break the court order. Meaning that when they goto america they could be arrested or RBS have their assets seized!

RBS can file to have Hicks held in contempt of the British court and request for him to arrested.... ( so I have read elsewhere )

Yes they can,, but they have not gone that far as yet...

American courts have done outrageous things like this before... Netteller and a poker site, which didnt break any law, yet the directors where arrested and assets seized in america.

From the outside looking in it looks like a right ~~~~ing fiasco! I hope it goes well for you guys in terms of getting some stability for the club, but when you see some comments about getting top dollar (no pun intended) for the club and wanting big investments being made in the club/new ground/playing staff it baffles me.. Isn't that what got Liverpool in this mess in the first place? Wanting big shot investors who have no connection with the club, bringing hundreds of millions to the club?

Surely it should be 'Yes of course get this lot out, but lets aim for stability - rather than wanting untold millions on top'. I hope it's not out of the frying pan into the fire - be careful what you wish for.

Take your time in getting new owners, so this doesn't happen again. You aint going to be no where near the bottom half at the end of the season with 9 pts deduction and you aint going to finish top 4, so get the right people in and rebuild for the coming seasons.
