~~~~ knows what power a poxy texan court has over our own HIGH court but whatever the legal wrangles are it looks set too run gillet and hicks are not going to give up till they got whatever they can get from this

it seems though they do have a point RBS (who in a sense part own liverpool FC) are not interested in gillet or hicks they seem only interested in recouping their ?280 milion that is owed to them which to be fair is understandable

but if the rumours that hicks n gillete are circulating about other offers at around ?400m are true it makes you wonder if they do have a valid point and is RBS running the show and who,what and why is benefitting from the deal

i think their is no smoke without fire and i wouldnt be surprised if a few execs at RBS and maybe messrs broughton purslow ect maybe getting their trousers lined by NESV

but thats only if what they say is true i suppose time will tell and we will see what today brings

Back to London High Courts at 2pm, I reckon justice floydd is livid that some cheeky yeehaw twat has over-ruled his decison.

And at the moment it is the way round that I have said, coz they have the injuction. LFC don't. IT cannot now be sold until this has been removed.

Hicks injuction is invalid british judge ruled him not to interferewith sale which is exactly what he has done, He will now be held in contempt of court. (hopfully)
