how did they prove themselves? babel's been shite for 3 seasons... played reasonably well but hardly proof of "lfc" quality. jovanovic scored a very good goal... but pepe let in a howler... would you then say pepe should go???

Babel has had more than enough chances.. Playing ok against weak opposition is nowhere near the standard we need.. He has consistently shown he isn't up to the calibre required for the Premier League and Champions League.. He should have gone a long time ago.. Jovanovic is new to the club and league and just may need to settle a bit.. I'd be prepared to offer him another year, but if he's not cutting it by next Jan I'd be looking for him to be offloaded

Who, Babel ? He played 49 games in his first season 30in the prem. 42 the next with 27 in the prem and 38 last season with 25 out of 38 in the prem, and he hasn't had a run ? He's just not good enough, when he leaves here it will be for a lesser club, of that i've no doubt.

are you for real DC..??? Every game he has started he has been dreadful in the premier league and champions league..

a complete Benitez flop, he has played 140 times for us and never shown anything close to the ?10m wasted on him..

if Babel spent more time wanting to play when he was on the pitch as he does 'tweeting' and rapping off it then maybe he'd be a half decent player..
